Hi guys my first post here, picked up my white/dune brown sxp telluride last week and love it !! It’s an amazing vehicle...was interested in getting running boards installed and called a dealer to get a price and was told they’re releasing illuminated running boards soon. Anyone can confirm what this dealer told me about illuminating running boards by the end of November? Not sure if there’s any truth to this...

I called back today and was told by the parts department that around the 15th of nov they will have a part number and a price.

I called today and the parts department told me there releasing them the end of November. He said they had a meeting and they were updated of new accessories being released. Not sure if he know or he’s just feeding me B.S. anyone on here have any connection to verify this.
They already have aftermarket LED running boards.

I know there aftermarket ones available but this was for OEM illuminated side steps, parts department told me the end of the month
