Interior Scratches

I have a 2021 Telluride SX Prestige. I took it to the carwash to vacuum it and I scratched the shiny section on the console near the backseat cup holders. Is there a way to buff this out? I put in a picture of the scratches. I was away from my house and feel so dumb that I scratched my new car.

Yes, you can use any fine polish. I have used this https://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-PlastX-Plastic-Cleaner-Polish/dp/B0000AY3SR for area's that are plastic. A couple tips, tape off the edges where the vinyl is with masking tape. Use a small amount with a soft cloth and buff, wipe and keep checking. That plastic will continue to scratch, its not the best choice for a high traffic areas.

I am going to get black area round the shift lever covered with clear ppf. It is very vulnerable to scratching in just everyday use.
