Is there a way to change the Navigation from being locked on North being "up"

I noticed the navigation screen is locked on North being "up" and I'm sorta used to my navigation apps displaying "up" as the direction I'm going and I prefer it. Is there a way to change this setting so it always appears you are traveling "up"? I didn't see anything online about this setting so maybe it isn't changeable and I'm sure I can live with it.

My car is not here right now (wife has it in town) but I think, if memory serves, there is a little symbol (icon) on the left side of the map (when you tap the screen the icons appear I think) and the icon looks like a compass needle. If I'm remembering correctly, tap on that little compass needle icon and it gives a choice of North up or your direction up. I'm not 100% certin, but maybe someone else can correct me if this is wrong.

Yep, you have two ways to change it, and one is way easier than another.

You can go into setup > nav > display > map > map display > map view and choose 2D heading up, 2D north up, or 3D map.

Or, more simply, when you have a map displayed, you can just hit that compass to cycle through the three.

What he said! I played with that just yesterday. Look for the needle and touch it - you can cycle through three different settings I think.
