Is there any news on Telluride deliveries relative to COVID19?

Deliveries getting pushed back. Text I just received from sales person I’m working with at dealership. My original delivery date was April 6

“Hey ******. Kia did end up pushing the Telluride deliveries. We are expecting your around the end of May now.”

Mine had no new information or at least he didnt pass it on to me about delays. 1st week of May delivery still but obviously if the plant doesnt open back up next week it will be delayed. Whole world is on a wait and see status right now.
Hopefully this virus runs its course, passes with minimal fatalities sooner than later and we're all stronger for it afterwards!

My car supposedly shipped out 11 days ago and Kia does not know where it is...my dealer has been calling them since yesterday morning. They promised him an answer by end of day yesterday. Clearly that did not happen, I have not heard from him yet. How do they not know where a vehicle is?? My dealer said I am only one of a few people calling to still buy their car right now. Most other buyers are radio silent. The dealerships in NYS opened back up this week for individual, by appointment sales with most things completed online. Now, they just need to find my Telluride...

My Telluride is sitting in a lot in NJ with "hundreds of others" destined to my dealership. It got there, was supposed to be shipped out the next day and then everything shut down. My dealer said he has it marked as a "hot" car and he wants it on the 1st truck going to them He said theyre supposed to reopen on the 12th and start shipping those cars out. Hopefully that is what will happen. Another few weeks :/ But the dealer says they want to do something for me to make it up to me. Considering i'm paying MSRP and not getting any extras currently...that would be appreciated!

My Telluride arrived at the dealer and delivered to me Monday March 30th.
I am sure they wanted to get this into March sales numbers.

Anyway this has been the strangest car purchase I have ever made. I was able to talk with sales person, text, email, then talk, text, email sales manager, I talked with the finance person.
I sent a description and pictures of my trade -in. The dealership (50 miles away) delivered my new Telluride and today picked up the trade-in and signed paperwork. I never had any face to face contact with anyone. All details were over the phone, text message and email. All the sales paperwork was dropped off at my front door and picked up with my trade-in.

That one yours? Saw it pop up on the telluride lookup site. Said in another thread, my delivery was supposed to be April 6, with this delay who knows. Just hoping before July. Wife is due with twins anytime between July and August 1st with the 34-38 week delivery date they are shooting for.

this one is mine. The vin showed up on March 4th, 2020 and I received it March 30th, 2020.
I "ordered" it Feb 21st, although I think this one was already ordered by the dealer
