• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I was hoping someone here could assist me.

I just picked up my Telluride today, and was going through the Kia Access App, and noticed I wasn't able to turn on the heated/cooled seats with the app. My parents have a 22' mid level Sorrento, and with the app, they're able to turn on the seats, so I had figured I would be able to also.

Is there a step somewhere to allow that feature, or is not available with the 22' Telluride?

Thank you

The Telluride, and its cousin the Hyundai Palisade, do not have the ability to control their seats remotely through their respective apps. Some different models that have come out more recently do not have this capability, as you see in the case of the Sorento.

If you have a Telluride SX, you likely have the capability in your infotainment (setup > vehicle > climate or seat) to have the seats and heated steering wheel controlled automatically based on ambient factors. With this enabled, they should come on if it is hot enough or cold enough, though it’s still not guaranteed it will happen before you get in the car.

Awesome, thank you!

It's very much a learning curve. There's so many different features with this car, it's going to be a learning curve for sure.

I've also noticed it's a bit odd how they determine certain features. I was told by the dealer, some base model Kia's have wireless Android Auto, where I still need a cable.

That being said, I have no complaints, car is amazing :)
