Kia App issue.

I bought the car at the end of October. The salesman showed me how to install the App for remote start and lock doors etc. . I still get notifications on my phone that the doors are unlocked ...but the App no longer has the remote start and door lock features anymore. The car is 6 months old and was wondering was this just a trial period type of thing ?
I already deleted and downloaded again and it still doesn't have the selections anymore.

I got my car the end of Jan. I was told UVO or Kia Connect was a 1 year subscription then after I would have to pay to use those features.

Did you buy new or used? Of new, your ultimate level subscription is supposed to be free for a year for US customers (not living in Massachusetts).

If you set up your UVO account using your phone number in the car, make sure you log into the Kia Access app with your phone number as well, not your email.

If you need to check or renew you subscription you can do through their app or website.
