Kia App question.

When I first bought the Telluride in October I downloaded the App and it had the remote start, lock doors, unlock doors etc. on the phone app. . Now it is no longer there. My salesman is totally clueless. He told me to push the UVO button and talk to them from the car. That doesn't work. It just wants to do a navigation address. I have been on hold with Kia for almost 30 minutes waiting for a person. About fed up. My question is....is the remote features app only "free" for 6 months and then you have to pay a monthly fee or something ? I deleted the app and re-loaded it and the features still don't appear.

Did the delete and reinstall. Still not working.

Kia Access is the correct and only app available to use, and has been for years (regardless of the service’s name at the time, UVO or Kia Connect).

My bad for calling it the UVO App. I have the "Kia App" downloaded , the one with the small letter "a". I have an oil change appointment at my local dealer (not the dealer that screwed me over)tomorrow and I will see if they can help me. The assist button by the rear view mirror has UVO on it. I pushed it and it just asked me where I wanted to navigate to. I could do that from the screen or my steering wheel voice command.

That UVO-labeled button on the headliner is your voice control button. Push the button to the left of that (i) to get the virtual assistant.

Well, that (i) button starts a call to the live person. You maybe aren’t showing an active subscription?

Go to setup > UVO/Kia Connect. Does it show a User ID you recognize? Does it show enrolled under the activation status?
