• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Kia Connect App - iOS Update 2.2.2 Broken

Hello all,

Just updated Kia Connect app (iOS version 2.2.2) and can’t log in. The app of frozen on the log-in screen.
If you have the option to not update, suggest waiting until they fix this.

Are others having the same problems?

I know your username kind of gives it away, but it might be helpful to state you’re in Canada.

The US is on v 5.9.1, all is good here.

Hopefully they get things squared away for you ASAP.

I just tried the updated Canadian version of the Kia Connect app (iOS version 2.2.2) and it worked fine for me.
 
I just tried the updated Canadian version of the Kia Connect app (iOS version 2.2.2) and it worked fine for me.
The v 2.2.2 app is now working for me, however I needed to start using it in demo mode before it would allow me to log in.

Finally after logging in, remote capabilities are no longer present. I’ll have to phone Kia Connect to find out why that functionality has disappeared from my account. (Brand new vehicle, btw).
