Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Kia connect climate controls

I have the kia connect paid subscription. I have remote start schedules set up to start my car (2021 SX) on high heat, with rear defogger. For about the last 6 weeks when I use my app to start my car, it starts as scheduled, however all climate control features turn off and rear defogger does not come on. I have verified my settings in my scheduled events and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If i use the key fob to start the vehicle, the same thing happens. Im beginning to think im paying for nothing with this app! Any help would be appreciated.
