Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Kia Connect tax

Hi. I just renewed my Kia Connect Ultimate package for $199/yr. Last year, the $199 charge appeared on my credit card. This year an additional $12.44 tax has been added to the package. I live in Illinois. When I called Kia Connect about the new "tax", she indicated they don't put through a tax...it is automatically added depending on what state one lives in. Any other Illinois residents who were assessed an additional tax this year on their Kia Connect package? Just curious.
