  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... "judge ruled that Koons Kia in Owings Mills, Maryland, must refund fees and shipping charges it levied on customers above and beyond the advertised purchase price of the vehicles. Though the dealer gets off without having to admit guilt in the matter, the financial implications of the judgment will likely sting."

It's about time some of them get held accountable. I just wish they had to admit guilt.

Koons has a rep for shady practices (all locations). I don’t know why people still fall for bait and switch these days with many other options around (for most).
