  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Has anyone had dealers tell them that Kia doesn’t take orders? I have had two of the many I have talked to tell me that ordering Tellurides “isn’t a thing”. This is counter to the experience of hundreds of others on this forum. Why would they say you can’t order one?

Oh yes I've heard this before. Tell them they are full of crap.

Yep. My guess as to why they do that is because they’re trying to scare someone from ordering one somewhere else at MSRP and get them to buy what is on their lot. Pretty frustrating the games they’re playing.
