• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Has anyone who has the "nightfall" edition done a rebadge on it yet? I have ordered new emblems and have just received it today. Got it in 6 days shipped to Canada. I ordered it through the store on this site.

I know the back is the same as the regular version of the Telly, but the front emblem doesnt look to come off on the nightfall edition. I was looking for some guidance on how to go about doing this.

Thanks!

Ok so I went ahead and did the install anyway... the back was normal.

so getting at the front emblem was tough. I opened the hood and see how I could access the clips. I would have to take off a bunch of stuff and my friend I was not comfortable doing it. It honestly looked like you would have to take the front grill off to get access, I could be wrong. Gettingthe front emblem was really tough as there was no play in the space between the emblem and the grill that’s built around it. When we finally got a few credit cards in there I stuck a flat head screw driver between the grill and the emblem and basically snapped all the clips broken until is came off. 4 clips was holding the emblem. I did not damage the grill when doing this. I used lots of tape and was very patient. Took us about 20 minutes to get it of and figure out how to do it without damaging the grill. The only scratches appear behind where the logo sits. Even then very minor.

I would suggest anyone doing this to take their time getting plastic credit behind the logo. Or take it somewhere who could take the front end off. I didn’t want to pay to get it done by someone else. Hahaha. I know I probably should have recorded the process or took more pictures but I was so focused on getting it done.

My one negative comment is the back emblem leaves a lot of space around the the indent for the logo. The front fits perfect.

Are you interested in selling your old badges if they are in reusable condition?

Hey. This looks great. Do you remember where you bought the emblems from? I’ve found a bunch but they all seem to be slightly smaller on the back which looks a bit weird. Yours looks like it fits the indent perfectly.

Where can I find the nightfall AWD all black emblem? I hate the silver box one and already removed it but want to put the new Black one on. Please help, and here are some pictures for thank you :-)

Yes, I did the same thing and broke the clips on the front. Not hard, but it was the only way I could get it off.
