kia telluride roof rack bar key cover

He’s had one of the roof rack bar key covers come off in the car wash. Is it possible to replace one or purchase a set of four?

Hi. Did you find a solution for this part? I just had the same thing happen. I talked to my local KIA dealership this week and they said it cannot be bought unless you order the whole rack! What crap to have a design that allows loss of a part but cannot be replaced. I am thinking of trying to replicate the part on a 3D printer or other such home-made fabrication solution. Appreciate any input...

One of our key covers also came off in the car wash. Kia replaced it under warranty. The next time through, it came off again. I think this is a manufacturer defect. I'll be calling the dealer again today.

I just lost one as well. Purchased set of four OEM replacement key cover caps (part AA039) at Kia Stuff for $22.99.

I was able to buy a set of 4 covers through my dealer. It was about $23. I asked them to mail it to me and I would install them, which they did.

One more thing. The set of covers has the new logo. My Kia has the old logo. It's hardly noticeable, so I don't care.

After I bought the OEM crossbars last year I noticed that the key cover caps came loose and flopped in the wind. After I lost one I bought a new set of four at Kia Stuff for $23 and these fit snug and tight. 2020-2022 Kia Telluride Replacement Key Cover Cap (AA039)

If everyone makes a complaint at nhtsa under vehicle because it is not an after market part....they will issue a service bulletin just like they did for 2020s
