• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Have a 2021 Telluride S. No problems till yesterday when all of a sudden my lane assist stopped working. Washed car as I know where sensors are but still stops working after driving for about 3 minutes in areas where I know it worked previously. Periodically I had issues with the Forward Collision sometimes going off message saying something about radar. Not really conceerned with the Forward collision but I definitely want the lane assist. What else could be wrong besides signal being blocked by dirt?

Bad sensor.
Bring it in for them to check. Guessing it is still under warranty.

Worst case I will do that. Was wintering where there was a Kia dealer in the town, but this happened on the way home and now I'm 2 hours from the closest dealer.

Where the hell do you live?
I live in the middle of no where I feel like and even I have a KIA dealership here with another 1 hour away.

Does recalibrating sensors usually work to solve problem when the sensors stop working?
Little miffed that I was told if the recalibration doesn't work then they need to put in a warranty order and getting the parts can take 5 days if they don't have one in stock. Necessitating driving another 3 hours on another day to get job done.

I think you need to reevaluate your definition of the middle of nowhere haha. For example, if you live in Williston ND, North Dakota's 6th largest city, you are nearly 4 hrs from the nearest Kia dealer and 5 hrs from the next closest. (One's in ND, one in MT)

South Dakota has 2 Kia dealers. Period. And they're 350 miles apart. Wyoming has 2 dealers. There are no Kia dealers in the Western half of MN. I think there are 9 dealers in MN and 8 of them are within about a 60 mile radius of Minneapolis (6 in the Metro) and the other is in Duluth, NE of Minneapolis.

Just a tidbit of info for fun and something to consider for anyone who sees this. If you live far away from a dealer or travel to remote areas, it can be quite the hassle if you have trouble with a brand of vehicle that doesn't have a wide dealer network.
