Do we need to check with our sales rep to find out if it was entered into KFOS or are there other ways like Fail?

I could be wrong but orders that have been entered into Kdealer are pulled by KFOS from each dealers queue depending on what that dealer's allocation is for that month. Is that about right @StephenCantrelle ?

I assume some dealers may just wait until KFOS closes for the month to see what's been picked up

Sounds about right. I contacted my salesman twice in the last 4 weeks. Once asking if I moved up the list and the second time was if my order had been accepted by KFOS. Both Times he said he had to get info from GM and he never emailed back after either instance. Which is fine. I dont like to be a bug a boo but I could tell he didnt have the answers

I'm in the same boat communication-wise with my sales rep... This is the first time I've had to order a vehicle so still trying to understand the process.

Your assumption is incorrect. It doesn't show up in failcat until the build process actually starts. About a month before the estimated delivery date it will show up in failcat.

I'm in the same situation. Did you get an ETA? Have you figured out how long until it will get to Failcat?

The dealer had told me late June. I believe I found my order in FailCat but the database does not list an eta.

Ask stepen in the track my vehicle thread. Give him your initials. Based on your date of delivery, the odds are very high that it is not your vehicle.
