• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So just purchased my 2022 Telluride 2 weeks ago, LCD screen on dash already went black. Dealership said it would take them 1 hour to install the software fix, 2 hours later they come out and tell me software fix didn't work. They said they though my vehicle just didn't get the software fix before it was sold, but in fact it had already had the software fix. So they are ordering a whole new LCD panel to install...they said it would be here in 7-21 days. Not a happy camper. Has this happened to anyone else lately?

did it go blank and never correct itself?

It will come on one time in the morning and stay on until I turn car off. So for example, it stays on when I start my car and drive to work. When I start the car to drive home it’s blank. It’s like it resets after 12 hours or something. Dealership is totally replacing panel so I guess that’s good.
