  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello! I’m trying to get some advice on a lease I’m supposed to pick up tomorrow. Everywhere I have called in Southern California has a mark up of 5k or more not to mention the wait is a few months to a year. I found a dealer that only had a one week wait. The lease is for an EX premium 36/12 4k down 679 a month taxes included. Am I getting totally hosed here? Thank you in advance for any advice?

Yes. Don't lease the Telluride unless you're not paying for it out of pocket yourself. Search around here and leasehackr for how terrible this vehicle presently leases. GL

Telluride's have very high residuals but that's about it, there is no lease incentive right now. They do not lease well at the current time. I am a dealer.

That's crazy.

Yes, you're getting hosed. Just offer to buy it with the a markup you can agree to if you really want it in one week. The lease has an even bigger markup included. If you're a small business owner and writing off a portion of the lease, that would be something to consider.
