I have the top of the line X-Line trim on my 2024 Telluride. I thought that all of the bulbs were supposed to be 100% LED in the vehicle. It is really dark and wet right now in the Pacific Northwest and I noticed how difficult it is to see when backing up in the dark. I went and checked and both the license lamp and the back-up lamp are just standard incandescent bulbs. I swapped them out using VLED lamps and the difference is night and day. I purchased the following:
License bulb: VLED 194_14_W_5K_LL and Back-up Bulb: VLED 1156_50_W_5.5K
Now, I'm wondering what other bulbs that I thought were LED are not. What have others discovered in their Tellurides?
I highly recommend VLED for their LED bulbs. I've been using them for 12 years and they are top of the line (not cheap) and they stand behind their warranties. I've only had one fail in my 12 years of using them and they had a replacement out to me the next day.
