Lien release

I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride SX 9/9/19. My lien was released by Kia Finance 11/6 and mailed to a wrong address. Address was corrected. To date I still haven’t received my lien release to be able to get my title. I have called 3 times since 12/10 and of course they say it’s been sent. Any suggestions what I can do at this point. Sadly, I just read reviews and rating is a 1 for Kia Finance. PLEASE BEWARE!!

Who knows. It was an address where I lived 7 years ago. The dealership had the correct address.

That's unfortunate. Our release a couple months ago was processed with no issues. Are they working on getting a replacement yet?

I have emailed the dealership and have put it in their hands. Do you recall what location your release came from? Thank you!

It appears it came from a PO Box in Atlanta. No specific location address though. Sorry

They can notarize another one and send it. When I have taken trades for customers banks have done that for my customers when they lost the original release. Not a big deal. Call and keep trying

I just received an email this evening from a Business Development Manager in Finance that is having it delivered by Fed Ex. Hopefully it will be here by Monday. Thank you for the information!
