• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My 2021 lift gate stopped working properly and it is not cover under warranty anymore. That's ridiculous!! So my people on the internet are complaining about this and they have not done a recall yet!! The Kia cars have recalls for their trunk mechanism, but not the Tellurides!! It will cost over $600. I'm livid and would like someone @kiacorporate to respond. Chime in if you have had this problem or just your thoughts!!

My people or so many people?

I actually haven't seen many liftgate problems here on the forum. What exactly is the problem? Did the supports leak or fail?

Are you talking the liftgate struts or the power lift/shut motor? stuff is going to break no matter the make or model....how many people are complaining? 10? 20? 50? out of how many Telluride sales? My Toyota Highlander Power Tailgate failed after around 70k miles...it's a stupidly small motor that has to lift alot of weight time after time, it's gonna break....If it's just the gas struts, you can replace those yourself for $40, they are a wear item...

It is the power lift and shut motor. I hardly use my trunk because it is usually just me in my car. I thow everything on the back seat.

I googled it like you suggested. Doesn't seem like a common problem based on the production numbers. I understand your frustration, but hyperbole doesn't help.
