• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... LKA too sensitive?

Nicely explained. Thank you. I was a bit lost with all the abbreviations. I'm still waiting for my Telly and am not sure where to obtain its manual for preview.
You're welcome! Again, practice makes perfect. And read the manual (the thin one is plenty helpful already for a start!). Also this forum and other websites are excellent sources. Most of all, learn at your own pace!! Earnestly, lol!

Driving home from the dealer using LFA with SCC (followed 2020 manual instruction) on and it worked great.

However, Just read the 2022 manual and it sounds like LFA can function without SCC. It doesn’t even have the Operating Condition. It shows how to set it on the cluster lcd but not how to instantly turn on/off.

But on the ADAS Quick Guide, it says to push button B (distant) to turn on/off LFA. It does state the conditions must be met:

-LFA must recognizes both lane markers….
-Vehicle travels slower than “120 mph”. (Manual says “95”)

Did Kia change the program or they messed up the 22 manual, and obviously the ADAS Quick Guide.

Other Kia models have the LFA button on the steering wheel. (ie. K5). The quick guides are notoriously borrowing info (copy/paste) from a universal document that contains incorrect info about the Telly for certain features. Maybe the manual is starting to copy/paste info about LFA too.

i see thx. Went for a drive and confirmed it’s not working without SCC
