• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... As one guy said to me. Don’t drive at night. This is the fix Kia dealership do. Do nothing

I suspect this is one person’s attempt to dissuade potential buyers with scare tactics and drive down the absurdly high prices the dealers have been charging. I applaud your efforts!
You miss the boat ! I already paid $55,000 for Kia Telluride. Keep it for one year. Worst car we ever owned!! I’m not trying to drive down prices. I’m here to help people to look elsewhere for a car. You will wast $50,000. Stay away from the Telluride!!

Unless there are facts to substantiate these claims this is no more than a random person on the internet trash talking what everyone else on the forum is claiming to be one of the best cars they have ever owned. Granted there are always a few lemons no matter who makes the car but it's clear that the vast majority of the Tellurides are built very well. To me the issue would be more with the dealer and in that case I would just go to a different dealer.
Facts are, that Kia replaced the transmission without anything showing on Diagnostics.. This is a major issue for Us and Kia.....I have plenty of video showing it skipping gears, not shifting at all and rpms over 7k when it eventually shifts....

This is what causes engine damage. Customer at Kia was complaining about this same problem. Cause his engine to overheat and head gasket blown. Poor guy has bad transmission & bad motor. $50,000 down the drain.

So the transmission was replaced. How does it drive now?

Kia never fixed it. We traded it in for a Lincoln Navigator for me and pilot for the kids to drive

The Telluride is a good looking SUV but they are built to look good and not run good. People are being scammed!!

The Telluride is Kia’s winningest and most awarded vehicle in the past year and the first sport-utility vehicle to win the “Triple Crown” of the auto industry’s most prestigious accolades: 2020 North American Utility Vehicle of the Year from North American Car of the Year (NACTOY)[MotorTrend SUV of the Year; and a Car and Driver 10 Best.

Your timeline seems to be all over the place. Across several threads, you’ve referred to the Pilot as your replacement, as a company car, and as the kids car. In some threads you don’t have the Telluride anymore and in others you talk as if you’re still dealing with problems. At one point, you mentioned that Kia tried to bill your father for a starter replacement, so is it your fathers telluride? I’m really having a difficult time following your inconsistencies.
