Love my CPO Telluride

Hey, everyone. I'm Becky, and I just bought a slightly used 2020 Telluride. Absolutely LOVE it, for the most part. However, within the first week, anytime I would get a text from someone on my screen, immediately an old text (from like 2 years ago) would pop up over the actual text. The old text would not show up on my phone, because it didn't actually come then, but my Kia thinks it did!! I spent several hours at the dealership last week while they tried to solve the mystery. They ended up doing a factory reset on the computer in the Kia, and we thought we had the issue solved. But then it happened again as I was driving home. Anyone else found an actual resolution to this problem?? Frustrated in Oklahoma...Becky

Random text messages

Recently I have been getting random text alerts from my phone sent to the info center, texts that are years old. Do not see this with other vehicles we own so I’m thinking it’s not a phone issue. I’ve had our Telluride for six months, just started about 3 months ago. Anyone else experiencing this?
