• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I'm looking to add a trailer hitch to my Telluride. The main purpose would be a recovery point if stuck and to hold a cargo rack in the rear. I have no plans on towing anything over a few hundred pounds but I would like it to be strong enough so it can be used to pull the Telluride out of mud or snow. I'm seeing a lot of options but wondering what is the most popular and looks the cleanest on our Tellurides. Thank you!

Before the parts shortage, I would vote KIA oem all the way. I mounted one myself and it was very easy, as would all the aftermarket ones I would assume. You need a trim piece to replace the area where the hitch is on the bumper. This gives it the factory installed look identical if ordered. If looks are not the concern, look up etrailer.com for other options. Someone can post links to the OE one if they are still available somewhere. My cost a few years ago was $450 all in with no labor.
