• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... MPG 🙁

Yup, when I first start the car in the morning and check the mpg right after pulling onto the street from the driveway, it shows 7mpg.

But OP's screen is overall MPG for the mileage...

Mine, for 700 after 1st 1000 (reset MPG at 1000), is 24.3 FWIW

I‘ve been driving my SX in Seattle since April. Good balance between quick city runs and highway driving. My MPG average from day one is 21.6.

I've been getting 20-22 mpg in city and 24-27 mpg on highway. I'm mostly in Eco mode and try to refrain from quick accelerations.

I have a little over 5k miles on the car. 60/40 highway to city driving and am averaging 24.5 mpg. I'm pretty surprised its that high, I definitely expected a few less mpg but can't complain!

I don't think so. If it's overall, it should say 'accumulated info'. I think the mode in OP's screen shot is more of 'current' mpg report probably last minute or even last few seconds.

3 MPG screens:

Fuel Economy:
- overall Average MPG since last manual reset (after resetting at 1000 miles, plan to let this one go for the life of the vehicle)
- graphical bar shows the instantaneous MPG

Accumulated Info
- MPG for the mileage indicated since last manual reset (used as my fill-up to fill-up trip odometer)

Drive Info
- MPG for the mileage indicated since last manual or automatic reset (after 4 hours if vehicle is not driven)

Bogie, you are right. The bar represents the instantaneous MPG while 'Average' value above represents average mpg since last reset. For some reason, I thought the 'average' above the bar is a digital representation of the bar below. I stand corrected. For me then, both Fuel Economy and Accumulated info should both match since I never reset them.
