Hey, I was just curious have you received your Telly yet? I noticed on the telluride build site under murray kia, your vin is not under "arriving soon". Usually its in transit when it says arriving soon. So I was curious if you already picked yours up or if maybe it never shipped yet? I see a bunch of vins from your failcat date and after including mine. Have you checked an updated eta with stephencantrelle on the forum?

Looks like your new eta is 4/30 from stephencantrelle. I asked about mine and yours also just to see. I had a feeling this was the case bc mine and a few others after mine on failcat, show "arriving soon" on build site . I never saw yours show ahead of mine which was strange. I was looking bc I knew your order date was a few weeks ahead of me and I use it as a gauge. So it looks like yours is held up at the factory for now. Idk why.

We ordered SX Prestige AWD on 11/25/21. I called about a month and got nothing in form of an update.

Looks like I ordered about a week before you (also a SX Prestige AWD). As of two weeks ago Roger told me I was #3 in line, so hopefully our orders get picked up in April.

I called Murray this morning. Said my car was at port waiting for it to be delivered. New eta of 4/30 is correct due to driver shortage. Got no real answer why my car isn’t popping up on incoming cars on Kia’s website. Hopefully it just comes sooner than 4/30

So I spent my wind down time last night catching up on this entire thread.

My wife and I placed our order just before Thanksgiving, paid the deposit and went on with life. This car is to replace our Nissan Rogue that we lost from TS Ida in September. We worked with Chris, and was told to expect 6-10 months from when the order was submitted. We are quite looking forward to our Telluride AWD SX. We got the floor mats as our option.

I called about a month ago and spoke to what I believe is the receptionist. There was no updates. After reading this post, I called today and spoke to Chris. Our order still hasn’t been picked up, but he is going to ask someone about it on Wednesday (I assume he will ask Roger) when they’re back at the ship. I was told that all September orders have been fulfilled and they’re working on October orders.

I’ll give an update when I get one later this week.

I am staring to feel a bit skeptical of what I was told by Roger on 3/16 (my order was picked up on that date and my ETA was last week of June).

I placed my order 12/15, and it seems like a lot of the November 2021 orders have not even been picked up yet. Not sure why I would have jumped them.

Additionally, the ETA given by Roger is almost 3 and 1/2 months after it was picked up. Seems like a lot of the others here are getting ETAs of roughly 2 months from being picked up.

Something just seems off, but perhaps I am just being paranoid.

I was also qouted 8-12 months when I ordered and here I am about to receive my order at 6 months. It looks like you were picked up about 5 weeks after me, im willing to bet your vehicle will arrive mid to late may. which puts you more in line with 2 months from pick up date. I think Roger just doesn't want to disappoint anyone if a given vehicle does get delayed.

Also what did you order as far as trim level? If you ordered anything but an sx then that would explain why you jumped people who still have orders from November not picked up.

What color, trim, interior color, packages,and options did you get? I can keep an eye out for you on failcat.

If you don't mind me asking what trim, color, interior color and options or packages did you get? I can look for it for you. I'm willing to bet your official eta is either mid April or early may. Originally Roger told me early may. He gives conservative time-frames so that people aren't disappointed if it does run behind. That's what i think anyway.

Thank you for offering! We're really in no rush though. We ordered gravity gray SX with black interior. Options included: nightfall, towing, roof rack (I don't think that's on failcat). We did not get prestige.

My eta has changed to 4/7. Looks like my Telly won't be here tomorrow after all. Also I noticed there is 13 Tellurides arriving soon for Murray kia. Seems like a mini back log.

Things are looking slow in our general region as of the past 2 weeks. Every dealer I click on seems to have a lot of incoming vehicles building up with minimal actually arriving. I wonder if this has to do with the recent rise in gas prices. Seems like they're getting to port of baltimore from georgia and just sitting there. Anyone else have any ideas?
