My Car Finally Arrived!

Ordered April 28th picked up my SXP Black Copper with Dune today Sept 13 Friday. I can’t believe it took this long but I’m happy and haven’t had much time to drive it and give it a review. What I was told is that who ever is contemplating buying a SXP the wait is 6-8 months

@Scvr6 congrats on your new ride! I also placed an order for an sxp at kia Burlington. Did you work with Rich or Julian? Did they keep you updated on the order process at all? Or were you only notified closer to the car’s arrival? Great to hear they kept the price close to MSRP as they promised to during ordering.

I worked with Ramone and Julian, I started calling them around 6 weeks since they said 8-10 weeks and I was coming off a lease. I would call in weekly for updates and basically said I would rather you call me and update me with no news than not updating me at all. They were good to work with nice guys. Congrats on the order how long did they quote you?

3-6 months. Looking at December-March delivery. Crappy to wait, but better than paying $10k over MSRP for “market price”.
