• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... The dealership made a damage to my Telluride while getting the oil change last Thursday. They promised to repair at their cost, and I will meet their service dept. manager tomorrow to get it repaired.
I've been taking picture of my cars right before getting services done since a costco tire center made a damage to my other car several months ago. So, I have evidences.

BTW, do you guys have any ideas how usually they repair this kind of damages? Just repaint and polishing?

I would have them repaint the bumper, not spot treat it. The scuff on the black plastic will not go away but could dulled down. To me you are in the driver seat, tell them to get you a new bumper and repaint if you want.

This happened to a car of mine at the dealer on the front bumper and I made them paint the whole bumper.

Thank you. I will try getting a new bumper.

O U C H! Get a loaner for the repairs and FREE LIFETIME oil changes!

New, new, new! Nothing less. Plus equivalent loaner, probably won’t be a Telluride due to supply. Lifetime oil changes is a good idea, plus cost them almost nothin.

If they go the new route you don’t even need to leave your car. Have them order it and their body shop paint and call you when it is done to put the new on.

you need a whole new rear bumper. why let them save money by repairing it when its there fault.
