NAV security bypass and updates

Hello All,

On my NAV keeps saying its out of date to update it. I search and cannot find anything to get it updated. I am paying for the kia service and I have 2022 KIA Tele SX.

My next question I had to stop using the NAV sometimes I was want to head home and I have to pull over just to use the NAV really annoying to the extent I dont use it but I think its well made. I know I can use Appleplay but sometimes I need my phone for meetings on the road anyway.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

You get no voice features unless you pay for the Ultimate Kia Connect level. Lesser levels have no voice assist.

OTA updates are only available if you have the Ultimate level. Otherwise you have to do it manually.

I am paying for Ultimate Kia Connect I dont see any options it in.

I confirmed I have Current Package: ULTIMATE (Two Year. so can I do update via app or something.
