Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What dealer are you working with? Are they charging over MSRP? I’m in AZ as well but ended up ordering through @Jason Fox.
I'm in far SE AZ. Ordered it from Royal Kia in Tucson, at MSRP and no add ons.

Not sure yet, built a 40x60 garage 3 years ago and it's not full yet

Great to hear on price. I grew up in AZ, and have spent a lot of time in NM. Love that area.
Ah man, the CJ is such a beast. I remember as a youngster mobbing up some crazy steep terrain in our friends CJ. Great times.

Been out here about 16 years now and I don't think i could live anywhere else. Bought a small ranch here about 7 years ago and been building our home. Had to order the Telly with AWD because we only have 3 paved roads in the valley.
We bought ours from Royal as well. No markups and delivered as expected. We worked with Jesus and he kept us informed. We bought an extended warranty from Jason Fox from Muncie though...much better deal.

Considering KIA isn't even taking orders for the 2021 yet...not sure how they can tell you it will be "going into the queue the beginning of July". At this point - it looks like new 2021 orders will be able to placed with KIA in the middle of July and then production will begin on those order shortly there-after.
Pricing isn't even available for 2021 model year yet. Sorry - but your dealership is feeding you a line of bull.

They may honor your the 2020 pricing...but there are lots of other ways where this won't go down as you think and a contract attorney won't help you.
You essentially only have a "place in line" like all of the rest of us that have "ordered" a new Telluride. Your place in line is determined by the number of people in front of you divided by the number of allocations that your dealership receives for that trim each month. And since the order books aren't even open yet - you are looking at probably August at the very earliest - but most likely much later than that.
Unfortunately - part of the Telluride buying experience is waiting much longer than you think to get a car you ordered. Sad but true.
