Hello! Ordered a Kia Telluride SX Prestige Nightfall in September and I’m picking it up today! I ordered with illuminated scuff plates and the interior light kit, but it came with neither. Now the dealership wants to charge me to install those options. (they said they ordered it, but sometimes the factory sends it without installation due to a lack of parts.
Anyone else think that’s crazy? I have the option of re-ordering and waiting, or taking it as is without those options. Wondering if I can install them myself?

I would ask the dealership to install it for the same price as whatever your ordered and no higher.

Hi and thanks! I had a 2015 premium sport AWD Buick Enclave.

I would ask the dealership to install it for the same price as whatever your ordered and no higher.

I tried... they refused. But I think I have them down to installing the scuff plate for $402. So, I might do that and forget about the “party” interior lighting

I have a feeling this was an allocation they had already ordered, and that's why those 2 items were missing. I ordered ours in July, and just picked it up Saturday, so if you "ordered" is September, that was a short turn around, just my .02
