If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi everyone! Dealer called today to notify that car has arrived! Was slated to pickup tomorrow, but got call later in the day from dealer to inform me that during pre-inspection they noticed that a radiator clamp was missing / faulty. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Should it be a cause for alarm?

Appreciate the insight from the community!

Sounds like a better excuse than when my dealer told me they didn’t want to let me pickup my car because their in-house registry system wasn’t wasn’t working and wouldn’t let me do it myself at the RMV or use my plates from another traded car.

Drive to the dealer and mark down the mileage on your car then see how many miles they added on at pick up. So at least you can accuse them for using as a test drive vehicle if they tack on a bunch of added miles. Activate UVO if you can so you can track the trips on the car they make.
