If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Nightfall Dark Moss SX Pic + Kudos to Muncie

Congratulations! It's gorgeous.

I guess I’ll be the one to say it but that’s not a nightfall edition.

I think it is. Note the wheels are different, and the grill is black. The trim in that first side shot looked "not black" but that was just because of the harsh direct sunlight. I test drove a nightfall SX this weekend and the wheels were the same is in the pics in this thread...different than the non-nightfall.

I guess I’ll be the first one to say... you’re wrong.
No I’m not. An easy way to to tell if it’s a nightfall edition is to look at the window liners/trim. If they are blacked out, it’s nightfall; that comes standard with the nightfall package. The OP’s telluride is semi-nightfall

Look at that second pic that was posted by OP, the 3/4 view. That trim around the windows is black, as is the Telluride logo on the hood, the grill, etc.

It's definitely nightfall....

The window liner/trim has been jokingly called Black Chrome by Kia...it's more of a brushed nickel look than black...

Nightfall. The reflections off the black chrome (an oxymoron) is deceiving.
But we are dealing with seasoned experts on this forum, able to spot such details a mile away.

You know - it is ok to be wrong...admit it and move on. This site has seasoned salesmen, owners and enthusiasts that know how to spot the trim differences.

You can see in the pictures - the same vehicle - the trim around the windows appears to be different shades of darkness depending upon the lighting and angle. The trim is a smoked satin metallic that in certain lighting and certain angles looks darker or lighter - but in every angle it is darker than the standard trim.

You sir - do not know what you are talking about.

Your new ride is beautiful! It's exactly what we're getting, hopefully in a week or so. Nice to see the Moss w/NF and the butterscotch!
