• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... @Kwim

You actually bought a Telluride and are hating on your own car?
Why do you think so?
I understand that my English is bad, but that is not the problem - this is the answer to the first question too.🤫

I will explain to dull trolls - having problems does not mean hating. These are two different things. Google to help.

I think every manufacturer has a forum with customer concerns which make it look like all their vehicles are just the next turn of the key away from a major problem. Let’s face it all manufactures have some vehicles with issues And you will hear far more about that then all the good attributes of a vehicle. The big question is how will KIA handle customer complaints? If they bend over backwards to please the customer they will have long term success, if not they will not have repeat customers.

I‘ll relate an experience I had with a Lexus. In early 90’s I leased one of the early flagship sedans And never had any issues with the vehicle for the term of the lease. About 6 months after I turned the vehicle in I got a letter asking if I thought the tire wear was more than I expected? I answered yes but I never had to replace the tires during my lease period and was not charged any other fees for tire wear when I turned in the vehicle. Six weeks later I received a check for $400 Attributed to excessive tire wear. Now that’s customer service. Alas, that’s probably why a Lexus Currently cost more than I’m willing to spend.
