Not paying 10k above Msrp

I am looking for a Kia telluride s. I have a 10k trade in, as well as a 10k deposit to put down. I am a single mom, and can’t afford anything over 42k. Please let me know if you know any dealerships not charging over 7k for mark up prices! I’m in texas area, but will travel out of state!
 
Mortiz Kia hurst, Fort bend Kia, Van griffith Kia -- I know these three dealers in TEXAS dont charge over msrp. Out of state you may want to try Fowler KIA.
