Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... No Idea @Mr Tree I just emailed my dealer to check that too, will let you know in case I hear back from them.
@StephenCantrelle might know. I'm curious about this too...
I texted my dealer and he said he believed he should have an ETA for me next week which leads me to believe this month will be later than others have been lately.

I just got a call from my Dealer too and was told that they would have the ETA and order number this week! Will keep you all posted.

Ordered 04/30, converted to model year 2022 during the model year changeover. Have yet to receive confirmation of the order being picked up by Kia. Currently in a hurry and wait status. Give me strength!

Any of you guys got any updated from your dealers about you orders been picked? I am yet to hear back from my dealer.

I could be wrong but it sounds like either the get the ETAs when the window closes or maybe some dealers wait until the end to collate their information.Same thing here. I was told I’ll receive ETA either Tuesday or Wednesday.

I ordered 3/29, and my VIN popped on Failcat last week. ETA is 10/25 for me. There is hope for you!

I ordered in mid-July myself and still have no information from dealer or failcat......the daily refreshing of failcat is killing me.
Just FYI, I checked failcat daily looking for my VIN to pop but got it first from the dealer Oct 7th and it still hasn't popped up on failcat. I had Stephen Cantrelle confirm that VIN was sold to me and when I plug the VIN the dealer gave me into the web address format that failcat links for window stickers, it pulls up the correct window sticker.
So it seems failcat is not infallible.
Not knowing the status can be irritating, but the dealer did eventually come through. I don't think it's out of line to check in and ask if they've heard anything every few weeks.
