Can any of the dealers confirm if allocations may have opened up in KFOS for SX-Ps yesterday?

My dealer just confirmed he got 5 SX slots yesterday and my order is finally in!
Did he say how long it will take for your order to arrive?

I have an appointment in 30 minutes to "order" my SXP since today is when they said they would be able. We will see how true that is!

For those of you who got their SX-P orders in yesterday, were they Nightfall? A few days ago, my dealer said he could take SX and EX orders but only nightfall.
My order is Gravity Gray SX-P w/ Black interior and Tow package. No nightfall for me.

I got a screenshot from dealer on July 8th. It is very official looking because it came directly from KIA Consumer affairs. Then a day later I got an email from KIA consumer affairs.
The only thing I have seen that has changed is the ETA. It went from 8/21 to 9/4. This was discussed here yesterday. It is due to that pesky towing package not being built on the SXP's!!

Yup markup was 5k. I knew this ahead of time. We live in Los angeles and all the dealers I called the are marked up. I was ok with that number and there's still the process of negation when I pick it up so hopefully I can get at least some accessories thrown in
It was SX-P nightfall with Tow.

I talked to my dealer a couple of weeks ago. At that time, I also had an eta of 8/21. I also have towing and am prepared for the eta to slip. Another day with no towing VINS. This pandemic is probably wreaking havoc with the supply chain. It is what it is.......

Were they for prestige trims? @StephenCantrelle are you hearing anything? Several folks on here are saying that SX slots just opened up.
Yes they were open for prestige trims. My order is for Prestige with Tow.

curious and not being a smarta**. Are you a dealer?
I ordered back in January. In March it got accepted into KFOS along with 10 others. I was at the backend of the list though. Then COVID began affecting plant operations and I was caught up in the group that was dropped out of KFOS. The ones in front of mine were eventually built as '20s for some and '21s for others. My order has since been waiting as first in line for when allocations open for new '21 orders. I could have changed my order, but I still wanted the same as my original. Just yesterday my dealer received 5 SX allocations, so I'm now officially in as I was 1st in line. He said I'll have an ETA next Wed.
No, if I was a dealer I would have found a way to order myself one a while ago!

We truly need a dealer to jump in here - tons of folks are saying they are getting their SX-Ps into the system...
if that's the case then yes I can see how @StephenCantrelle and @Jason Fox must be swamped trying to organize all of those post-it notes with orders on them!

I got so tired of waiting. I checked on failcat saw a couple of NE going to my dealer in Moritz Kia in Fort Worth, TX. Called for updates on my order, he was naa but he can get me NE if I want! I was so tempted but the price was a bit out of my price range plus I dont need all the extra stuff that comes with the NE. My monthly price jump about 80 bucks. Could not make a deal. I ordered EX-P. The addiction is real!!!!
