I've seen a few orders on here delivered in as much as 16 weeks. Anyone been waiting longer than that?

Since April 5th, here. Called dealership today and they say "any day now". Ordered Black Copper SX Prestige.

Well I am officially fed up.

I ordered an SXP, dark moss with dune interior on April 22nd. After 3 months of waiting I got my VIN yesterday. When I generated the window sticker I noticed it said black interior. Dune usually does but usually under the additional equipment section it will say something about SX dune brown leather seats. Mine does not. So without actually seeing the vehicle, it seems as though Kia fulfilled my order with the wrong interior.

Waiting to hear back from Kia via my dealer to see what’s going on.

About a month ago, I passed on a non-prestige because I was holding out on my original order so I could get the dune interior. In that case Kia also screwed up because the dealer (different dealer) had the vehicle but couldn’t sell it because they didn’t have the manufacturer statement of origin from Kia yet. Kia mailed it out snail mail and the dealer didn’t get it until over a week after the truck was dropped off at the dealer. But I digress..

What would you do in my shoes? Settle on the black interior prestige or possibly wait a few more months (hope it doesn’t come to that) for the dune?

Hope this holds you guys over until yours comes in. Black Copper SX AWD with Dune Brown and towing. Wait it out you will love it. Took 96 days to get mine and glad I waited. Just went on a good vacation and the self driving you will love.

Picked up with all accessories today-took two days to get additional accessories installed - was ready yesterday but my scheduled didn’t allow me to pick up
Took it from dealer today to have Premium Shield Elite PPF, Autobahn Ceramic I3 tint all windows & windshield, Feynlabs Ceramic Self Heal Plus coating, Feynlab leather, Feynlab Tire Coating and will re-badge with Vintage Metalskins from Sal when he receives and ships.
Purchased vehicle from World Car KIA of New Braunfels (just outside San Antonio) - paid MSRP - got $2900 in incentives with 1.9% interest & will receive the Telluride Founders Club first payment ($750)
Dealer was upfront - no surprises - my Sales Person Jessica Almaguer was great - she kept me informed every step of the way - also Floor Manager Roger Salmeron helped answer any questions I had - overall a good experience- would have liked to have been able to get a little off Invoice- but with incentives & Founder Club and value of vehicle I am happy.
I have posted pics - weather was cloudy - since it has Side Steps - I have posted more for those interested in side steps - I think I maybe one of the first with side steps

After I had ordered in March I contacted KIA Customer service regarding the email with my Telluride Founders Club code and explained I had ordered but delivery was several months away. Kia customer service created a Case Number and told me to contact after I took delivery. I contacted back after delivery and then received email to forward copy of sales contract. I did that and received another email (28 Jun) stating I would receive Telluride Founders Club payment in 4-6 weeks. I am on vacation returning next week - which will be about 4 weeks - so will see if I receive. I know several other Forum members had done the same as me and received their payments.

I order an SX (no prestige) White with Butterscotch interior on June 29th. Received a text from my salesman on July 1st that my order was already pulled for production. Which he said was quick. No VIN & no more updates. Does anyone know how long it’s take after pulled for production.

Took mine home today. I am completely impressed. After some adjusting, I even found the sounds system very pleasing. But the comfort and ride after next level.
