Order to delivery time

Just got this screenshot back from the dealer. Mine is last in the list with ETA of 2/22. What does status 'FA' mean? What about the other codes?

FA = Factory Allocated - so you now have an ETA. Congrats!

The other codes are factory options. I believe CF = Carpeted Floor Mats... CN = ? ... CTS = ?

I'm curious to see how the price increase works for these orders being delivered in February. I would think they would be pre-price increase.

Are we still looking at 4-6 month wait for SX? I am thinking I don't need premium package

I ordered from a high volume dealer (almost 200 units to date) and I’m at 14+ weeks without an allocation. I’ll be at least at 6 months before delivery.

Today I was perusing the website checking on new posts, went my spouse walked in the room and asked "Where is your Telluride right now?" Since it is supposed to be in route. I told her I don't know.
Why don't I know! Each individual vehicle has a vin with window sticker barcode. Inventory management systems track their goods from the manufacturer to the seller. I am sure KIA knows where their inventory is at all times.
Should that detail knowledge be passed on to buyers? I think so, since there are 60-70 day delays between vin creation/build to actual delivery. If nothing else it would inspire confident in buyers that their vehicles are coming in this chaotic climate of KIA deliveries. Dealers please respond if you have this knowledge and why you don't pass it on to buyers.
You can track the car it’s simply up to the sales consultant to communicate it to you.
FA-Factory Allocated ETA is generated

VA-Vehicle Allocated Telluride assign to be built get Vin #

TN-Telluride assigned final inspection and Transport tending(waiting for Transport)

IT-InTransit means Telluride is on the road to dealership

DS- Telluride is in stock ready for Pre-Delivery Inspection and get picked up by client.

Based on some of the new rules laid out in another thread last night, unless it is in KFOS by today.... you aren't likely to see it until April at the earliest.

I'm seeing some discrepancies with the data listed on the Production Stats google sheet and what the window sticker shows. I'm looking at an SXP listed on a local dealer's website (Cape & Islands KIA, South Yarmouth, MA) and the window sticker has it as a Snow White w/ black interior. But the google sheet has the same VIN listed with Dune Brown interior. Has anyone else run into something similar, and which one is correct? VIN # 5XYP5DHC1LG066481. Thanks

Been some discussion about this recently. Whomever designed the window stickers for Kia was an idiot. They list the exterior color correctly and then list interior color as black in the top left. Then buried way down in the options list within the sticker it has Dune Brown for $0.00 cost. Most of the car search sites, and many dealer inventories online go based off what is in the top left which is obviously wrong. You need to confirm the options and confirm with actual pictures of the interior (not stock photos).

So the google spreadsheet is correct as it's pulling off the options list.

Dune brown is listed as additional installed equipment instead of interior color, I know it's confusing, maybe due to that dune brown is combined with nappa, so it's more than just a color.

Checkout the right hand column on the window sticker. It says that the interior color is actually Dune Brown. I don't know why the stickers are set up this way, but most of them say Black in the top left, but then the actual color is in the Additional Installed equipment section.

This really confused my when I first started inspecting window stickers, too. But the creator of the spreadsheet has it set up to display the actual color.

Thanks - I should have caught that!

Quick recap of my own purchasing experience! I ordered my Telluride SX Limited Edition AWD (Canadian version) Gravity Grey on October 28th 2019 from a local Kia dealer in St.Hyacinthe, a small city near Montreal (Quebec, Canada), with a refundable deposit of CAD$500. I received a VIN on December 5th (which thankfully I quickly found in the Google Spreadsheet referenced on this forum), and was given an expected delivery date of January 6th. It instead arrived at the dealer on January 15th.

The dealer made the requested modifications (winter tires, trailer hitch, etc.), and, to my surprise, also included replacing/covering free of charge all KIA logos with the 3G Brenthon kit I ordered! I picked up my new Telluride today.

As far as price is concerned, I ended up getting it at MRSP, minus a final in-house rebate of a little over CAD$2600 (basically covering all my additional options and more). They also bought back my Nissan Xterra PRO-4X 2015 (my third and last one).

Overall, an awesome experience! To all those waiting to get theirs: it's worth the wait, do not despair! :)

Happy for you but I’m going on 5 months waiting now for mine. Suspense is killing me.

5 months!! Wow, I would be a bit up in arms after such a delay, seeing all the deliveries happening elsewhere.. :/

Ordered my Black Copper SX AWD with black interior and tow package on November 13, 2019 from Power Kia in Salem, Oregon. Got a call today from the dealer that my vehicle is going to production. Expecting delivery in late March/early April. Gave me my MSRP and I was VERY impressed. Actually a little less than I was originally told.

Dealer called this morning and said my order is the next one to be made, so we're 6-8 weeks out from taking delivery. Ordered a Black Copper/Dune SXP on 11/26/19.

I put down a deposit today to hold an SX-P that is scheduled for delivery on 2/25! However, the dealer says it does not yet have a VIN assigned. Based on all the comments in this thread, this sounds too good to be true. Is the delivery date legitimate or should I expect it to get pushed out?
