I say that but more than likely wasn’t the salesman fault.. he/she is probably just as pissed a manager overturned his deal. I almost want to say when using failcat to ask for new car director or New car manager to cut out any middleman or confusion.. as a previous manager I always made the buck stop with me so less chance of these issues popping up that we heard as a community in the last few days.. that’s 3x’s in 48 hours it feels like..

Tell them to send a hard copy of your credit history check - or at least a screenshot...

Don't let the next dealer run your credit history - send them the screenshot or PDF from the other dealer...and tell them straight up to send you a purchase agreement before running the credit history - @StephenCantrelle is that possible?

I’ve always taken a screen shot of my credit score from my credit card app (ex. Capital One, Credit Wise, etc) and either show them in person or email a copy of it. Has never been a problem in the past. Sorry to hear you had a hard pull for nothing...that’d piss me the hell off

My order got taken away by the OWNER. You believe that?

2 sales managers approved it. Went into the owners office just as an FYI and the deal fell apart right there.

How many Dealership owners are actually on site...crazy...

It’s pretty rare. This location is first time in my career that owner works right along next to us.. even works deals(I’ve never seen this in 11 years)

With the covid thing it was all through phones and emails. Didn’t have a chance to show my score and didnt know they were gonna pull it right away. I though they’ll wait until the car comes in!

Definitely get that faster. When I was at I-25 Kia in CO they had two FWD on the lot. Nobody here would just get FWD, few anyways.

Question, I ordered an EX FWD at a Colorado dealership that mostly gets AWDs. Do you think this would increase or decrease my wait time?
