So do people's sales people not look up vins for people on here, or are they just non-responsive. I know tone is difficult to detect in written prose, so this is not meant to be salty. Is it that Stephen C has special access that other sales dudes don't? Have always wondered this. I always assumed it was a convenience thing of typing a VIN and he replies pretty quickly. How does all this work?

Every salesman has access to the same tools.

I do follow ups before and after the sell...every customer, any vehicle. It’s important to make sure we have totally satisfied clients and part of our survey process

My sales lady gives me different ETA's than Stephen does. I figure when both sources match I will know we are on the home stretch. I can't explain why their info is different because I assume like you that they all look at the same system but obviously there is a disconnect somewhere about where my sales lady is getting her ETA from.

They are all on Kdealer.. some have access some dont.. majority have it especially those with seniority have access.

Keep in mind some sales consultants will give you later date to under promise and over deliver.. which I respect and understand.. but with the masses I’m just giving y’all exact dates.. which unfortunately tend to move around

@StephenCantrelle How often are statuses & dates updated in kdealer? I know I shouldn't keep bugging you for updates, but I am dying to know whether it's going to be here sooner than my rep told me. I don't know whether he's checking kdealer or just their internal spreadsheet (which might be outdated).

The two dates she has given me has been earlier than yours. My guess is she isn't even looking and just keeps extending it by a couple weeks and plans to do this until it arrives. I think mine is just stuck at the factory caught up in the supply chain issue where it is missing something or it's a shipping issue. Either way I like many of the other members appreciate you taking the time to give us these ETA's. It's sad that we can't get accurate info from our dealers and have to use you. In my case I have to travel so an ETA is important for me so I can plan accordingly. Thank you again Stephen.

Feels like daily but I’m sure a couple times a week they move.. ETA currently showing 08-09 to Halleen

So you can also see in kdealer when it has left the factory? I imagine that is the point when dates get a lot more accurate.
