Order to delivery time

For those having panic attacks over your etas try to take a breather. Our vehicle's eta changed six times (that im aware of) and then when the final eta and VIN was generated the salesman called me with it. The next day the VIN showed up on failcat and five days later the vehicle was on the dealer lot!! Fast turnaround for sure (GA to NC.)
So hopefully things go just as fast for you all and don't stress these imaginary dates, they're going to change before you receive your vehicle. Key word there is receive. They're coming and one week in with ours and I can assure you its worth the wait and all the hype!! Don't lose hope. Lol

@StephenCantrelle has been great. We put down payment on 5/29 with dealer allocation (silver EX-P) with original ETA 6-18, bumped to a 2021, VIN 7/28, delivered to Dallas 8/19. Wife and 16yo daughter rolled out from Houston early this morning (4 hour drive to Dallas), just arrived, and are finalizing the transaction now. Stephen did most of the legwork prior, so I assume it will be quick and easy.

Did you ever get your telluride? we ordered one on Aug 1, order supposedly put in on the 17th by our dealership..

My timeline:

3/5/20 - Specs sent to my dealer in PA.
3/12/20 - Learned that my vehicle had been allocated to the dealership
6/23/20 - Learned it had been switched to 2021 with a 8/21/20 ETA
7/30/20 - VIN created in failcat
8/18/20 - Vehicle arrived at dealership (Moss/Dune SX-P with Tow)
8/21/20 - Drove to PA to take delivery

While we were waiting to get the paperwork finalized, one of the sales people in the showroom told me that they had 17 inquiries regarding its availability since it hit the lot on Tuesday.

Agree, gonna wait until I’m one month from my ETA and ask for an update. At that point I should have a more accurate (delayed) ETA. Asking every week and seeing it being pushed out every time will not do me any good.
