My numbers were specific to SX AWD P/T (with tow, excluding NF) since a lot of us I believe that have been slipping to November have the SX AWD P/T packages

Gotcha. I have an SXP/T on order as well and as of this morning my ETA of 10/13 is holding. I went into KFOS in July.

Maybe its just the supply chain - order a ton of parts specific to SXPs...make them hard when fully stocked, and then slow down once they are near depletion. Will keep an eye out for your graphs over the next 5-7 days to see that potential rebound!

The only issue I have with this argument is that the exterior of an SXP is the same as an SX and the interior is the same as the NFP...so if they have parts for NFP and standard SX production - they can build SXP - so no reason to push NFP ahead of SXP production.

My original ETA for Glacier White SX AWD w/ tow was November. (No VIN yet, but was a dealer allocation). A few weeks ago it was pushed forward to 10/16, but now it was pushed back again to 10/27. Hopefully they do ramp up and produce a lot of SX (and SXP) soon...

Got my VIN today, right on time before my 10/10 ETA. However, I did not get the LED Fog Lights or the Tow Hitch & Harness I ordered...instead they stuck me with the Tow Package...and mud flaps.

I guess it is true, you really can’t special order a car from Kia, you just get stuck with whatever they give you.

Congrats on getting your VIN. Did you find it on Failcat or did your dealership provide it for you? Sorry the dealer didn't get it ordered correctly. Aren't the LED foglamps on the EX late availability? Thought I read that somewhere.

I found it on Failcat this morning, but when I checked my email my dealer had already emailed me with the VIN and the sticker. The dealer had ordered correctly, Kia just decided not to make those options available at this time. And I guess they needed to get rid of some mud flaps.

this is so odd. Some would call the tow package in place of the harness / hitch a win. but the mud flaps confused me. “Screw it, we don’t have the fog lights until the fall....we’ll give him some flaps and call it a day”

I’m hard pressed to believe vehicles aren’t customizable. Even you, with all you’ve written and read, probably doubt it as well. But then again, you are now getting a ride that didn’t quite meet your specs

Looks like our order was accepted at a similar time too. Interested to see what ETA updates we get.
