So, be prepared to wait. Not sure if orders have opened back up yet. I delt with Curtis at Lou Fusz, and it was a simple process. Was a bit of a wait, but they sale at MSRP and are the highest volume dealer in Missouri.

There’s a gravity grey S trim with grey interior sitting on my local dealer lot (NC) currently and it’s killing me! If I wasn’t hell bent on an EX trim, I’d have bought it the second it showed up.

@StephenCantrelle may have insight when KFOS (what dealers use to place custom orders) will open back up. You can check with Lou Fusz though to see if they have any incoming that are not reserved yet. I reserved an incoming vehicle in March and received last Thursday, due to COVID delays.

My dealer said that he would probably know more about ordering June 15.

I want a 2021 because of the remote start key fob, I will check with the dealer about ordering and time delay. I really don’t want to wait more than 5-6 months, may end up switching to Palisade Limited

I think it's crazy they didn't have key fob remote start. My wifes old Dodge Journey 2012 had remote start on key fob. That is just embarrassing. The app works so slow. The response time for me is about a minute on average.

Please let me know if the dealer allows you to order. I tried to order on May14th and my dealer said Kia is not taking orders right now. They are supposed to call me when orders can be placed again, but they will probably forget about me by then. so if ANYONE on this site can let me know when orders can be placed i would be grateful. I understand they opened this week on one shift only and supposed to go back to 3 shifts on June 8th. Hopefully production gets back to normal soon !
