• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Phone banging noise

I have the exact same problem w/ our 2022 telluride prestige package! It sounds like someone is banging a bunch of aluminum trash cans together!! Does anyone have corporate headquarter info??? I’d love to call and get this resolved!!
 
This is the problem my phone seems to be having
 
Guys I think I know why. Today the loud banging was happening while talking to my wife. I turned off the air and it stopped. While cycling through all the different settings of airflow I found that it only happens when the upper vents are on. I would keep taking and would change the ventilation to feet only and it would stop. Once it was on upper ventilation it would come back. Try to cycle through it with someone and see if it works for you too.
