I hope you can see the progression in these pics, 4 x Matte Black base coat and then 6 x Punisher Grey Pearl. Next up will be the mirror caps and side vents.

Not to sound stupid... but did you simply peal the p-dip off the painted surface, leaving it on the lettering? Any prep on the paint for it to release?

Thanks everyone, it was a fun project, looking forward to doing the mirror caps and side vents in a few weeks. I watched lots of vids on You Tube specifically from DipYourCar, they cover everything. I recommend their pre-dip spray as a prep, other than that it’s all about patience when peeling the product off.
