I noticed many people post that the plastic trim on the bottom of their Telly keeps stain on. This happens to me even if I keep wiping and clean. So after I wash my Telly, I use spray tire treatment for the plastics and don’t worry too much about the mud stains, as long as the dirt is gone. Once I’m doing my tire treatment, I spray on to the plastic trim. Even under the wheel well. I had my Telly for over a year and it has not been garage kept. So it has been out in the elements with 90 plus degrees here with Texas summer. I use a microfiber cloth on the plastic trim after spraying the trim. I do not do anything to the wheel well expect spraying the tire treatment. Take a look at the pictures. Saves a lot of time. I’m not worried on getting the tire treatment on the paint. And I’d rather use the expensive chemicals for the paint. In addition, the front grill is a dust magnet. Hope this saves you time and money for making the plastic trim look detailed. Finally, I also use this on a micro fiber towel on the weather trim to keep them conditioned as well.
