Has anyone mirror tapped a plug that looks similar to the plug shown below? I have a 2024 SX Prestige X-Pro with a different style mirror and I assume there are other model years with the same plug/mirror setup. I searched this forum with no luck as my plug only has 3 smaller wires. I believe black is usually ground and assumed the brown/blue wire is positive. So I took a chance and wired it and the radar works! It functions properly and only turns on when the vehicle is either in the on or running position and shuts off immediately when I turn the vehicle off. I am thrilled it works but have safety concerns when I selected the 2 wires without knowing what their functionalities are or what the consequence could be.
