• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Somehow our rear bumper molding flew off and disappeared. I reported it to our service writer, and she said I would have to take it to the collision center and basically blew me off. She has lied to me about other things, so I don’t trust anything that comes out of her mouth now. I refuse to even take my car up there for service. And because it’s the only dealership on the peninsula where we are located, my wife hast to take it up there.

Ok, and what would you like this intial post to help you with?

To find other other Kia Owners with the same problems possibly or find out what my next move should be.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
